STD/STI Testing Process

1.📝 Form Registration

Upon arrival, you’ll fill out a registration form with guidance from our staff. The form includes:

• Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions
• Patient Information Sheet
• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Nationality
• Email Address (for testing result delivery)

Note: ID required !

• If you have a Korean Alien Registration Card (ARC), please bring it for insurance eligibility.
• If not, you may present your passport or any valid photo ID.

2. ⏳Waiting Time

• Typical waiting time: 10–30 minutes
• During peak hours: it may take up to 1 hour or more.

3. 🗣 Consultation with the Urologist

You would have consultation with the doctor to discuss any current symptoms or concerns.
The doctor will recommend which tests are most appropriate based on your consultation.

4.🧪 Testing

Tests may include:

• Urine Test (standard for all patients)
• Blood Test (if needed)
• Genital Swab Test (depending on symptoms)

5. Pricing & Insurance

• We only accept Korean National Insurance (NHIS) for STD/STI testing.
• Please show your ARC to confirm eligibility.
• Without insurance, testing is still available based on the doctor’s recommandation.

6. Payment

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Korean Won (KRW) Cash
• Monthly Installments (Available only for Korean-issued credit cards)

7. Result & Treatment

• Test results will be sent to your email within 3–5 business days
• Please ensure you provide a valid email address.
• No return visit is required (if treatment required, you may get in touch with us)
